This lovely event features beautiful performances by Master Shikon and her passion-filled students.
Fujima Shikon (藤間 紫近) has performed for over 50 years on top stages in Tokyo and at New York’s Carnegie Hall. She is a grandmaster of traditional Japanese dance.
Event Highlight: Dance “Bon Odori” On Stage!
At the end of the show, the audience can go up onto the theater stage and dance “Bon Odori” (traditional festival dance) with the performers!
You can join in your everyday clothes (no dress code).
The dance is very simple and easy—just copy the performers and have fun!
