Kitahama Retro Building
Kitahama Retro Building stands opposite the Osaka Securities Exchange, with Tosabori River and Nakanoshima Park in the back. This building, originally constructed as a company building for a securities brokerage firm in the 45th year of the Meiji Era (1912), was designed with a Glasgow influence and is a registered tangible cultural property of Japan. Currently, the first floor is an English cake, tea and miscellaneous goods shop, and the second floor is a caf_ that is popular among tea-lovers, with an English antique atmosphere.
