Yao City Cultural Hall, ‘Prism Hall’
Yao City Cultural Hall, also known as Prism Hall, opened in 1989. Located in the city of Yao in Osaka, it features a main hall with seating for 1,317, a smaller hall with seating for 330, a reception hall, exhibition rooms, conference rooms, and spaces for various other uses. Prism Hall offers a program of exciting events featuring authentic classical music, theater, traditional performing arts and pop music, as well as wonderful productions full of local charm. The café and open study/ relaxation area are also popular. Guided by the philosophy that Prism Hall is a place where lives can shine, the venue strives to foster a zest for life and vitality.
