More Information：The Knowledge Innovation Award annually honors diverse innovations born from Knowledge Capital. This year marks its 13th edition.
From over 4,500 entries nationwide, nominees who passed rigorous screening will present their future-oriented ideas through unique “performances,” determining the winners of each award.
This is the moment when fresh ideas and perspectives, born only when generations from junior high and high school students to adults gather together, intersect. You might just find some new idea or hint for yourself.
Additionally, this year’s special stage features Professor Yoshiaki Miyashita from Meiji University, an Ig Nobel Prize winner! He will explain cutting-edge technology behind “Taste Media” – can science change taste?! – and demonstrate “Eleki Salt,” which uses electricity to make reduced-salt foods taste richer.
