More Information：The Misho-ryu school, founded in Osaka in 1807 (during the late Edo period), will hold the “Misho-ryu Exhibition: Memories of Flowers” at the Hankyu Umeda Main Store from Wednesday, November 4, 2026, through Monday, November 9, 2026. Approximately 400 representative students from across the country will present a variety of ikebana arrangements using autumn floral materials.
In the traditional “Kakubana” arrangements, which feature various autumn foliage and fruits, visitors can experience the unique elegance of the season, while the contemporary “Shinka” arrangements offer a glimpse into a new world of ikebana that explores the full potential of flowers.
The theme of this exhibition, “Memories of Flowers,” reflects on the memories of flowers woven together over time. We hope this exhibition will leave a lasting impression of Misho-ryu ikebana in your hearts as we carry on this legacy.
Events will be held at the SHUKUSAI Plaza throughout the exhibition period.
